A bit slow responses and order updates

I order all my stuff online as I live in a remote area. My usual experience with online orders is pretty good with regards to response time from the seller. So I wonder am I wrong to conclude that Alphacool takes a bit too long to respond to emails and orders?

Made an order on 20th of October, then I sent inquiry to change one part, and received only one mail from them since then.

at the moment it an take 2-3 working days until we can answer on a mail. Please have some patient. Also don´t forget to check your Spam and Junkfilters. Sometimes our mails are marked as Spam
