Just to update, i've taken my gpu and waterblock out of the pc and disconnected the 12v gpu power cable and then powered on the pc and carefully moved the gpu around so i could see the air bubbles leaving the waterblock. This seems to have worked for now and it's been quiet ever since. Ah of...
