    Question about difference between fittings

Here is a photo of what I am talking about. Everything appears to be the same. I think the internal diameters are identical. The only difference is the metal on the inside. Not sure if one was more expensive than the other.

slime sludge growing inside my pre-sealed 200MM Eisbaer

Hello I noticed my 200mm Eisbaer has a white/translucent slime growing inside of it. I initially thought the coolant had a color, but I now believe this is a mold or some kind of sludge that is growing inside. How can I clean this sludge? Any official recommendations please help. I never opened...

Hello I have an Alphacool reservoir, and I cannot align the 120mm fan holes with the reservoir mounting holes. The instruction manual shows the L-brackets pointing inward towards each other but the holes don't line up properly this way. I was wondering if I have to switch these L-brackets so...

    Wrong thermal pads?

I think I have found out the solution to the problem. Which is that I have the pads that are meant for the backplate, and the pads that are for the GPU block mixed in the wrong boxes. So never mind, my mistake sorry.

    Wrong thermal pads?

Hello I bought the Alpha Cool water block for the AMD 5700 XT Pulse, and the instruction manual says it comes with 1mm thermal pads, but the ones it came with are 4mm thick. The length and width dimensions appear to be correct, but it also has one big square for the GPU die, while the...

Question about Alphacool Core Distro Plate 240

I have another question: What exactly is the point of this segment of tubing? Why connect the GPU-outflow into the Distro-block then back into the CPU, when you could instead just plug it directly to the CPU? Is this purely cosmetic? Or are there other advantages/disadvantages to consider? This...

    Metal compatibility for avoiding corrosion

Oh ok. I still do not comprehend why you sell aluminum industrial radiators without providing a block that works with those radiators? When people buy your industrial equipment how do they make it work? They just rely on anti-corrosion coolant?

Hello I have some old Corsair AIO Radiators, the pumps failed but I want to keep the radiators, I believe they are made of aluminum (just from looking at it). I want to see if I can reuse the radiators with some Alphacool parts, but the Alphacool store page everything is mixed. I see Brass...

Question about sequence of parts in loop

Hello I was wondering if I can please get some "official" alphacool advide on the sequence of items in my loop. I find that it cleaner (less convolution and tubing) if I do this: Reservoir+pump --> Radiator 1 --> Radiator 2 --> CPU block --> GPU Block --> (loop back to start) But I want to...

LOL? Alpha cool sent me the wrong parts?!? Not sure

Yes, mine does have the stopper. So it should work with the flush plugs. Too bad it came with the wrong ones. I cant install the legs/support because the large plugs get in the way :(
