I think I have found out the solution to the problem. Which is that I have the pads that are meant for the backplate, and the pads that are for the GPU block mixed in the wrong boxes. So never mind, my mistake sorry.

Yes, mine does have the stopper. So it should work with the flush plugs. Too bad it came with the wrong ones. I cant install the legs/support because the large plugs get in the way :(
