Are those our pads? Ours are 1 mm, not 0.5 mm. If those aren’t our pads, what made you decide to use 0.5 mm ones? The spacing tolerance between the cooler and the RAM is 0.25 mm — 0.5 mm pads can't establish proper contact at all.

In terms of components, I don’t see any significant differences, but the PCB of the 5070 Ti is noticeably wider. That area isn’t covered by the cooler.

That’s just a guess. Without seeing the imprints, I can’t say for sure. You might need thicker pads, but it’s also possible that you don’t need thicker ones — just harder pads.

To be able to help you, we’d need to see the imprints of the thermal pads and paste. That means you’d need to take a picture of them. However, imprints from putty are of no help at all — unfortunately, they don’t show the pressure distribution in any meaningful way.

Drain the AIO first. The coolant in the Eisbaer is different. You shouldn’t mix it, as the ratios of the ingredients would no longer be correct, which isn’t ideal.
