All coolers are supplied with pre-cut thermal pads for installation. You can also simply take a look at the instructions linked in the store. All accessories are listed there, for all products. The sides, i.e. the PCB itself, are not covered. The PCB is therefore always visible on the coolers.

We can make statements about graphics cards that we know PCB. We have not looked at the Liquid variant, which is an AIO solution. Why would anyone want to buy a cooler for this? The Liquid variant probably has the same PCB, but I can't confirm that.

That is not rust, but the bare copper of the radiator fins and water channels. We apply very little coating to these areas because it would negatively impact cooling performance. All of our radiators look like this. Once installed, these surfaces are usually not visible anyway.
