The Eisbaer AIO coolers all use standard DIY connections and radiators. All you have to do is unscrew the connections and reattach them to a new radiator. And of course refill the whole thing. But apart from that, it's no problem.

You can see from the 5mm spacers what diameter they have. You can simply use this as a guide and then buy 2mm high ones from the DIY store. Basically, it is only important that they are exactly 2mm high. No 2.1mm and no 1.9mm.
