We had only one cooler with thermal pads on the coils, but they was not there for "cooling". Only for protection and against coil whining.

You will need a reservoir with a pump like Apex/VPP 755/655, radiator, 6 fittings, tube and liquid. A prefilled radiator will not really help here. You need a complete DIY setup.
