Take the cooler down and take a picture of the imprints of the thermal pads and the GPU. I'm afraid the cooler isn't sitting properly due to the Nvidia package issue. Please send the picture to our support: info@alphacool.com
Sure you can change the radiator. You can use any radiator from the NexXxoS series. The connections are all G1/4" and we only use copper radiators for the AIOs.
You can also change all the hoses and connectors as you like. Or just connect it via the quick connectors. The pre-filled radiators...
If you put in a stronger pump, just run the DC-LT along with it. This would not be a problem and only minimally impedes the flow. If you leave the DC-LT off, then the resistance is somewhat higher.
Otherwise, it does not matter where in the circuit the pumps are installed. Whether directly...
The XPX Pro Aurora Light is a fairly simple cooler with a large cooling surface that doesn't give you any advantage over the other two coolers on a Ryzen 9. It would only be better on a Threadripper due to the wider cooling surface but worse than the XPX Pro models (non light).
The other two...
Open the quick release and close it again. It could be that the seal has jammed inside during assembly. So a little crosswise and thus does not open properly when screwing together.
Otherwise, open times the linked instructions in the store. The nuts that are still enclosed, we leave out in the...
For our aRGB stuff you have to use the Gen 2 Header. The 4-Pin RGB Header is not compatible.
The pumps has a 3-Pin connector for reading out the rpm. For power you need to use the 4-Pin Molex (bigger connector). You can put the small 3-Pin connecter where you want. No current is drawn via it...
Why that screw plug? Eisblock Aurora has normal 3-Pin aRGB adaptor. If you have a normal aRGB controller on your mainboard, its easy to connect. If you have only a 4-Pin RGB controller on your mainboard, than you need a seperate aRGB controller.
For the 2-Pin LEDs..... uff.... I have never used...
Some hints I write by default because of course I don't know you and can't estimate your skills. Therefore, we describe everything so that even a complete novice can understand.
I'll wait for the feedback for now.
The nuts that hold the screws on the mounting set, read the times away.
In general, you can clearly see that you can't get an even contact pressure on the CPU. This can be that the CPU is completely bent, so that the backplate no longer helps here, or that when screwing the cooler to the...
If you have CPU throtteling with a 360mm radiator, the problem is somewhere else. A CPU is not able to emit so much heat that the 360mm radiator is overloaded. We cool server systems with 1500W waste heat.
A second radiator will not be a solution here.
What fans and fan speed do you use and...
Such microbubbles are extremely persistent. It can take a while to get them out, but they will eventually disappear again.
Except shaking, let the pump run max, switch off, let it run full.... tilt the pump back and forth a bit or shake it vigorously.... that's all you can do. Even with a new...
