Alphacool Eisbaer Aurora 360 CPU

Hello! I would like to know the reasons for the strange behavior of my CPU cooling system
100% fan and 100% pump speed
I thought that the problem was in thermal paste, but I bought liquid metal and replaced it with it and the temperatures dropped by about 7-10 degrees is cool
The system is almost cold and the processor heats up terribly
The system is installed correctly without distortions of the pump unit
Ryzen 5900X 45x all core
1.35v
AMD ryzen master says it uses a cpu within 170W and this will already be close to 88-90 degrees
but this system must remove up to 250W of heat from the cpu because it is huge and has 3 fan with a 360mm radiator
at peak periods, CPU usage can go up to 210w and then the CPU goes for 98-100 degrees

help me plz ))

Hi, can you send pictures of the heat paste/prints. Maybe the contact pressure doesn't fit. Pictures of the setup would also be helpful.

all mounting bolts are tightened as tightly as possible
Or do I need to take it off and show the prints?

Hi @pomazan

Does it now only look like the tension springs of the fastening screws are missing in the pictures? or am I wrong?
you don't have to put them on normally, except for the stop, they should be hand-tight enough. otherwise it can bend the CPU, mainboard or cooler frame.

Best Regards

the pump is close to the cpu
liquid metal stain very good on cpu
at least as I see it
maybe I'm wrong if this is so please tell me I will try to experiment with the mounting screws for a tighter contact between the cover pump and the cpu
may need to apply more liquid metal
but the instructions say "very thin layer"

Hi @pomazan

Okay i was wrong. When I assemble a mounting frame, depending on the perspective, it looks as if there are no springs.?

Best Regards

At what fan speed was this measured?
Please mount the cooler without the nuts that hold the screws on the mounting kit. If they are not screwed in properly, they can rest on the mainboard. Then the contact pressure is not ideal. It is difficult to see this with a liquid metal impression. Just leave them out during assembly.

i removed the nuts that were on the screws
but nothing has changed
pump speed 2600rpm and fan speed 1980-2050 of all 3
the problem is that the radiator is almost cold leash at the very beginning 1-2 cm from the place connected with hoses, it is slightly warm and I do not understand why this is
the air passing through the radiator is slightly warmer than the room temperature
lol ) almost 95c when cpu use 220W PPT
the system must pick up at least 250 w
it seems to me that the pump cannot cope with pumping liquid for sufficiently high-quality cooling of the cpu
and it turns out that its maximum efficiency is 200w, but this is ridiculous for such a huge system
perhaps someone has encountered such problems and knows the maximum efficiency of this system
