I have been using this Alphacool Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3090/3080 ROG Strix with Backplate since January 2021 and its been working great until recently the block has been leaking. At first I wasn't sure what was leaking so I took apart my cooling loop and used a leak tester on each segment, and clearly it was the GPU block. Upon careful inspection the right side of the GPU block does not have any screws holding the two pieces of acryllic in place and has gradually started to drift apart, resulting in a small gap. There's no way to tighten any screws to close this gap because there are no screws between the two pieces at this point. I think this particular product might be defective, please help me with an RMA. I have attached some pictures below.
