Alphacool Eisblock XPX Aurora Will not change colour

For some reason my CPU block will not change colour or respond to software on a 5v ARGB header, it wont respond at all when plugged into the controller and SATA connection either, just stuck in static colours as in the photo.
Can anyone please help or does it need RMA?
