Eis-Matrix II and mothreboad RGB

I have a couple questions with the Eis-Matrix II controller.
1. How do you sync it with the motherboard after you connect it? I still seem to get the remote colors.
2. If just just RGB, not powering fans from the controller, is there any issue with running 7 Lux Pro 2's and the RGB for Alphacool Eisbaer Aurora 360 CPU - Digital RGB?
3. Using the Eis-Matrix II controller this would allow for more than the allotted voltage of the Crosshair Hero VIII rgb connection without causing any damage to the fans or motherbaord?

The tension of the fans are delivered from the controller because of the sata connection on the mother board. You can run the fans no probs but you need to buy an additional adapter for it.

Using the Eis-Matrix II controller this would allow for more than the allotted voltage of the Crosshair Hero VIII rgb connection without causing any damage to the fans or motherbaord?
