eisbaer 280 help

i have order this eisbaer 280 from curry pc shop yesterday. when i get it, it seems like the is a Stitch lost on the Y-adaptor 4pin PWM. is this normal on eisbaer 280 or just quality problem need to replace a new one?

If you're referring to the missing pin in the connector in the center of your photo, it is correct. The missing pin is for the speed (RPM) signal because you can only feed the RPM signal from one fan to your motherboard. The computer won't see the speed of the second fan, but it will still control the speed of both.
