Eisbaer 360 pump failed. RMA request.

Today, after just under a year the pump stopped working without any warning. It wasn't noisy before, just didn't turn on today.

I managed to get into bios and saw 0 rpm on the CPU pump and 100c CPU temp. I looked through the pump glass and sure enough, the propeller wasn't moving. I swapped fan and pump plugs and pump still didn't work while the fans worked fine. So it's not MB.

I'm not attaching my Amazon invoice to a forum thread. Is this really your RMA procedure?

Who says you should attach your invoice here? Have you also checked whether the respective connection is set to MAX in the bios?
If you bought the pump over Amazon, you also have to handle your RMA over Amazon.
