Eisbaer LT AIO CPU Cooler Base Discolored

I just received a brand new Alphacool Eisbaer LT AIO CPU Cooler, 120mm and the copper baseplate on the CPU cooler is discolored. Is this normal? Can it be cleaned or should I
exchange it?

Hi there, can you please remove the foil completely and check out how the rest looks like please? Have you puchased the product directly from us? This is not normal the color should be different.

The retailer finally responded to my email regarding the discoloration and they told me to just clean it off. I told them about returning the product for RMA replace but I haven’t heard back yet.

ThNk you very much for your help!! Unfortunately TitanRig doesn’t have the item in stock so I ended up ordering the Alphacool Eisbaer LT (Solo) directly from Alphacool. I only purchased the AIO because that is all they had in stock and I really wanted the pump. I’m waiting on the Alphacool NexXxoS ST30 240mm radiator V.2 and a couple Alphacool Eiszapfen 16/10mm compression fitting 90° rotatable from aquatunning. I have my new build almost all ready to go with all new parts and custom sleeved cables that I made. Just need the parts for my custom look and I’m all set! Thanks again for your help!
