Hello. As you can see on my picture (sorry for wires/tubing mess 
) my reservoir is set so tubing holes face left side (they "look" at my PSU now). I'd like to install reservoir on radiator (red circle) but with tubing holes looking at top of case (I might get better tubing route) and this is the moment I want to ask: am I safe to do so? Is it okay to keep water level as I have now (1 cm from above) and simply rotate reservoir? If you have any other advice I'd be happy to read them as well. Thank you!
