Eisbecher Aurora D5 and 90 fitting leaking

Hi,

I've sent a support ticket but as I didnt get any kind of confirmation I'll write here.
After assembly of the loop, left it running for 30 minutes with PC completely unplugged and the 90º fitting started leaking from the rotary part of it, not the G1/4 or the hose connections. After taking out the 90º fitting it looks like it has a machining defect on one side.

Drained the loop and replaced the 90 with a normal fitting (looks bad, actually the whole loop doesn't look great, it'll be changed soon). Left it running for 30 minutes, no leaks so I connected the rest of the PC up and let it idle for 30 minutes, coolant temp kept at 22C.
Now the main issue is, I left a game running and as the coolant temp rose (peaked at 34C) a leak formed in the pump/res combo.
I mounted it up straight from the box.
Do I need to RMA it?
I'm attaching pictures with descriptions for both the fitting and the pump/res combo.

PS: I've flushed the rads before installation with regular destilled water.
PS2: The liquid used is TecProtect 2.

Edit: Added peak coolant temp.

Sorry to bump this after just a day. Don't want to be rude. Just wanted to have some answers/sugestions before the weekend so I can plan to empty the loop.
Also, order number is 30188867.
Edit: Loop order is pump -> GPU w/ temp sensor on the top plug -> CPU -> side rad -> top rad -> res.
Edit2: Added pics of the defective fitting.
Thanks in Advance.

The leak in the pump should be easy to repair. This is probably due to an incorrectly inserted O-ring. However, I would react quickly here, because if the water flows into the pump's electronics, it is immediately defective.

The connections are a different matter. You will have to replace them. There's nothing more you can do. The inner O-ring will be torn. That's annoying. Please contact the support team directly: info@alphacool.com
Please include an invoice.

I understand, I'll drain and re-fit the o-ring on the res. But is it possible for AC to send me replacement o-rings just in case these have an issue ?

This morning I've drained the loop again and after the water was out I could see the LED strip is very oxidized now...
The PC has been off since the assembly day when I noticed the leak so I don't know if the LEDs work or not.

Thanks for the help. They replied earlier today to my initial ticket so I'll be taking this via e-mail. I'll give feedback on the solution after it's done.

Hard to say at the moment. You only wrote on Friday and nobody works here at the weekend. Of course, we always have a lot more emails on Monday. Please be patient a little longer. You should have an answer by tomorrow.

Actually I created the initial ticket on Tuesday which was only answered on Friday after posting on the Forum. But I understand.

Ah, ok got scared there for a moment xD. The fitting isn't even my main concern, it's that I don't have a pump/res as I don't want to risk more damage. PC has been down since Monday when I assembled it and noticed the leak on the reservoir.
