Hello,
Just bought 4 of your EISBLOCKs for a quad 3090 GPU Build on a 5950x in a LianLi 011 Dynamic Mini. All four of my blocks are warped. I need them straight/true as per your public engineering specifications. Blocks were/are warped prior to installing the 3090 reference cards. I am ganging all 4 together in my build so the warping makes for physical fitment issues, awkward plumbing runs and is visually unappealing.
I purchased from Performance PCS, they currently have an email out to you. Last communication I got from them was that Alphacool communicated they are functional and I should go through with the install. ??
My blocks also have surface imperfections and scuffing/liquid stains on the nickel plating of the cold plate area.
Honestly I am seriously disappointed if when buying new, this is the quality I am getting & subsequently being told this is acceptable and to continue with the build with parts in this condition. I have driven German cars for years and the thought of precision German engineering set high expectations for what I was to receive. Was hoping I could get replacement blocks that are straight/true as I want to show off this build on a YouTube Channel & I am not asking for anything for free or sponsored. I am putting my own money where my mouth is on this build.
