How can one get some status update for a long pending order?

It would be proper that such a detail would be part of the order webpage so that one would not need to ask this question via support channel if email is to be used.

Normally you can also do this via the forum, but at the moment some of the colleagues are ill and we are therefore understaffed. Therefore, no one from support is currently present in the forum, only we from marketing. And we cannot process orders.
