How to track the package in France

Hi,

My order ( 30127950 ) has been sent since almost 8 days, I'm not able to track it in France. Looks like the tracking code is not working here.
Can you help ? I'm surprised that DHL is not handling the whole process, why they left the package at the border to a local post office ?
That's a pity for a 650€ order, i would have expected a better delivery process for this.

Hi,

in the most countrys, DHL gives the package to a local post office and don`t deliver the packages by themselfe. Next time choose UPS and you will not have any problems.
For this order, please ask over email because i am not in the support team and i can not check the orders. Thats the reason why we wrote as an info on the top of this forum:
