Alphacool präsentiert heute die erste aktive Backplate für Geforce RTX 3080/3090 Grafikkarten aus dem Hause Alphacool. Die Eisblock Aurora GPX-N Acryl Active Backplate ist das perfekte Upgrade für Alphacool's Eisblock Aurora Acryl/Acetal GPX-N GPU Custom Wasserkühler sowie Alphacool's Eiswolf 2 GPU All-in-One Lösungen. Mithilfe der Backplate können jetzt auch speziell die Grafikspeicher auf der Rückseite von Geforce RTX 3090 Grafikkarten aktiv wassergekühlt werden. Die aktive Backplate hat mit Hilfe von 7W/mk Wärmeleitpads direkten Kontakt mit dem zu kühlenden Grafikspeicher und kann so die entstehende Wärme optimal abführen. Somit wird eine signifikante Steigerung der Kühlleistung erreicht.
Wie alle Produkte aus Alphacool's Eisblock Aurora GPX Acryl Produktlinie verfügt auch die aktive Backplate über eine brillante Beleuchtung. Sechs adressierbare digitale RGB LEDs sind direkt im Kühler eingelassen. Der Effekt ist eine Beleuchtung, die den gesamten Kühlblock einschließt und einzigartige Lichteffekte erzeugt. Die Digitale aRGB LED Beleuchtung wird über einen JST 3-Pin Stecker angeschlossen und kann mit einem Digital-RGB Controller oder einem Digital-RGB fähigem Mainboard gesteuert werden.
