Order #30112784 Alphacool Eisbaer 240 pump not working

Order #30112784 It's a problem with pump. I started today my pc by power button and get instant overheating on cpu. Then checked pump through window and don't see any move of liquid and/or rotor. Changed connection port on motherboard - not working. Previously, I sometimes heard clicking sounds from the case. But I didn't think that the pump would fail so quickly.
It was about 1 year in use, installed it aio in september 2019.
Can we do something?

Hi There, sure we can do something. Do you think you can replace the pump by your own? If yes please shoot an email to info@alphacool.com

Forgot to signify gratitude. Pump received, installed about half year ago and work stable without any questions. Hope I'll approach to you only for new orders, not for RMA again=) Best regards!
