Checking status of order, item page said 3/4 days until shipment before purchase, then said 14 days the following day.

The information 3 to 4 days is not the delivery time. It means that we need 3 to 4 days to prepare the order and the package for the shipment.

Yes, 3/4 days until shipment, not arrival. My question is if it already shipped, as it's been longer than that, but the item page increased the preparation time after I ordered.
