order 30208446 delay ?

You were contacted on October 13th regarding an issue with the VAT. It seems you haven’t responded yet, which is why the order is currently on hold. I’d recommend reaching out to support directly again — there’s nothing I can do about it myself.
 
how can i talk to them? where was i contacted? the problem with vat is from VIES website, if they check again, all good.
