Pump Failure on Eisbaer 360

Hello. I've been running the Eisbaer 360 in a dual GPU waterblock configuration for a little over a year. Recently the pump impeller shopped rotating. Per other threads I checked both the bios settings and MB headers; everything appears to be functioning correctly. The logo continues to illuminate. Anything else to check for? Can the pump be serviced/replaced?
