I had some issues with bluescreens in Windows but it might have been a bad driver so I reinstalled with Linux and I've been watching the CPU temps and they cool quickly down to 29C but under stress load I see 70 or 80 with an AMD Threadripper. I see that the main pump is moving but the little propeller wheel seems stuck and tilting the PC all around doesnt seem to do it. I can see the water level only if tilted a certain way and both tubes feel warm. Should I be concerned? The radiator block is mounted to the top of the case so there is no angle where its below the radiator so filling would be scary if I dont have to. Advice?
