super late order?

so I ordered a aorus master 3080 waterblock on the 2nd, said it would be in stock on 7th-9th, here it is the 16th and nothing has even be processed? I have made multiple contact forms and still no one has gotten back to me? Is anyone else having this problem?

Did you send an email to info@alphacool.com? If so, please have a look in your spam folder, sometimes the answers end up there.
The current order volume is about 5 times as high as usual, nobody from Alphacool expected that.

i did send them an email, i recieved an email back finally telling me my product will ship on 12-2-21....... over a month after it said it would ship, highly disappointed
