Support Mail is not replying me after asking photos of the problem

Hello,

I asked a support reuqest for the order: 30195076 becasue there were some white particle inside the waterblock AIO.
After getting a reply to send some pics to see the problem i haven't got any reply, not even a confirmation the photo were received and they assessing the problem.
What should I do now?
