Watercooling for a 2U server rack

We are an architecture visualization company which need to buy one of alphacool watercool system for a 2U server rack.
We’ve tried to contact with alphacool without succes.
How can we do it?

You can change the language on the right side of the top to english.

Yes we filled it twices some weeks ago, but we didn't have an answer....

Thats the mailadress for all Enterprise stuff. Maybe the form has an issue. Can you do me a fawor and let me know wich browser you are using to fill the form? Maybe we have to check something and that info would be a great help for us.
