Wrong LGA 1700 mount

Hi, I believe that what came in the package of my Alphacool Eisbaer Pro Aurora (Solo) is in fact the mount for the regular Alphacool Eisbaer as it matches the one on the Eisbaer manual. The two metal pieces that slides into the block are square shaped and not rectangular. The corners and screw holes are also different. I can't mount the block on my LGA 1700 Intel board without that piece. I've sent a support request, but could't attach any image. Here's the culprit. Can you send me the correct one? Thanks!

10 days later and nothing yet. In the meantime I've placed and received a second order, but no bracket in sight. Any help, please?
