I am in the process of replacing a motherboard on which I have an 11287 Alphacool Eisbaer 280 CPU – Black AIO CPU Cooler mounted. The processor is an Intel 1700 CPU.
I need to acquire or utilize a suitable adhesive in order to secure the backplate to the new motherboard, the old adhesive on the backplate is not really functional any longer. What would you suggest using as a new adhesive that will work to replace the old adhesive on the backplate.
There is another issue I need assistance with, during the removal of the cooler one of the 2mm plastic washers that go between the spring and the pump mount mechanism cracked. I would prefer to replace all 4 2mm plastic washers. Would I be able to purchase those separately as well as new backplate adhesive? If so, where would be a good source?
