I am interested in the Alphacool Eisblock XPX Aurora Pro.
Is the coldplate on this convex or flat?
I need to know this before I make my purchase, so I know if I should use a contact frame.

I just checked and wont be able to purchase from a reseller in my region.

So at this point, I should register for an account, select my items, and after full-payment, your company will ship the parts to the address I provide?
I mean that I should be able to purchase and facilitate a shipment from your online shop?
I dont need to write an email or talk to anyone in particular?
