Up to now I didn't open my GPU to take a picture for you to check if the PCB design is compatible to any of you water coolers.
But someone did and posted a video on youtube:

seams that some power supply devices and the VRAM is part of the cooling design, unfortunately one can only speculate about the height of these parts.
Do you see any chance that one of your watercoolers would fit?

in our GPU configurator (https://www.alphacool.com/en/gpu-config) you can check the compatibility of your card with our coolers.

The tool is always up to date and is regularly checked and maintained.
If there is no compatibility, we unfortunately do not have a suitable cooler.

Unfortunately, we do not have a cooler for the 4070 series.

Even if users on the Internet may show something different, we strongly advise against making a custom modification.
In this case there is no warranty
