Issues with https://shop.alphacool.com/en/shop/ for rest of the EU

Hi all,

I have an issue accessing the https://shop.alphacool.com/en/shop/ from Bulgaria currently, a Greece friend is in the same situation, but when i use VPN and access it from Netherlands, i dont have a problem?
