Orange discoloration in Eiswolf 2 GPU Cooler for RTX3080/3090

After several thermal shutdowns I decided to take a peek at my gpu to see if there was a cause for the shutdowns. Upon inspection I found there is a dark orange discoloration in several areas of the water block. I do not what the cause is, if the unit is damaged, or what steps I can take to fix it. Any support would be greatly appreciated.

The unit was purchased on February 17th, 2023 from Amazon. The supplier was TRIPPODO US.
