Ok, it was my mistake sorry about that. When I use the tracking number in Google it seems to use the wrong service to locate it. It is using USPS instead of DHL. As of today, it is still reporting the wrong information. Perhaps because DHL has not yet handed it off to USPS.

I saw some other threads and I already sent a message about this to info@alphacool.com just in case it is necessary.
