NVM , noob mistake , there was too much air in the rad , restarted pump 5 - 6 times too bleed out air , now its stable. Thanks !

Hi , i recently installed NexXxoS HPE-45 360mm Radiator, the issue is when i run it for 30+ minute (fan set at 100%) the water temp reaches 60+ even at idle and doesn't come down , both the inlet and outlet temperatures are same and very hot (unable to touch) , just to double check i turned off...
