Hi there I had to take apart my gpu block to clean it and when putting it back together one single screw would not thread back in as the hole is stripped. I have no idea how this happened as I carefully removed the screws and did not over tighten them at all. How can I get this fixed ?
Ok well I got the block today .. any idea how to connect it to RGB ? It's only three pin my motherboard has four pins if I bypass the missing pin I get no red lights
Just had to pay $33.06 in customs fees to UPS for them to release my block .. not too happy about that .. I've ordered a block from you guys a couple years ago and didn't have to pay customs before. Any idea why ?
