'Gainward Phantom, Phantom GS, Palit GameRock, GameRock OC RTX 3090, 3080 waterblocks'

The configurator states that the 3090 and 3090ti boards are different. Where did you get it to help? Why release WB for 3090ti when sales of WB for 3090 (with active backplate!!) failed is a mystery to me. Given that the 40xx series is already in the summer. Considering the TDP of the new 40xx...

Hello. Thermal pads here. Temperatures 3080 with mining here. Temperatures are 3090 here, but without mining. Maybe with mining 3090. I have not seen anything easier than installing mp5.

You're right :) And besides thicker pads, there are somewhat fewer contact areas between the card and the block. So it seemed to me. For us, mp5 will do. Or this. Or AC will be able to offer us an alternative from their range :)

Yes, they have. But there The pads are 1.8 mm. Which can not but affect the cooling efficiency. I don't have any performance data.

Additional case fan blowing on the backplate. Temperatures for vram Gainward 3080 Phantoms - message_1, message_2. The temperature for vram 3090 is about 80 C. I can’t say more precisely, the circuit has been disassembled.

@Eddy in the end, we are left without an active backplate? Which of the existing ones can be used, with refinement, for the Palit Gamerock 3090? I understand that there are 3 of us left here, but you understand us too :)

I support @church. Please add me to this list. And I have another suggestion for @Eddy, @Thomas_S. Which active backplate you currently sell is closest to the backplate for the Palit Gamerock 3090? I understand that none are 100%, but I am able to drill holes with the required accuracy and I do...

Let's wait for clarification from AC. They presented 9 active panels, but for Palit's 3090 they considered it unprofitable? After so many statements, I expected a fair game from them. If so, they won't get my money, very sad... :-(

Good day. @Eddy, @Thomas_S Let's clarify the situation. In August 2022, Eddy wrote that the first attempt was unsuccessful, but work is in full swing. In November 2022, Thomas_S wrote that there will be a result very soon. "A little patience please!" (c) In December 2022, a link appeared to...

You are joking?! We've been talking here for half a year, waiting and all in vain?

Active Backplates - The time to wait will end soon!

I think @church is right about AC's commitment to a versatile solution. Solution 1. Make an overlay block on the basic backplate ... Let's fold the bolts as no one will drill, we are of course crazy guys, but to buy to modify it with our hands ... hey, this is a business, no one will buy, a lot...

@church Fu, fu, fu ... Prediction #2. This is a huge loss of temperature, so I already have it, well, almost :) I hope they did it well, regardless of the option. Still the second attempt.☺️
