Thanks :) Took some effort in sawing the stock heatsink in half and making it fit, but it was definitely worth it as it lowered the memory temps even more (-6 / -8 degrees)!

Hello Thomas! Thanks for your reply. I did make contact with the support team, and will handle things with them (since I've already bought my own padding, I don't have use for the extra padding). One remark: Yes, the height difference due to packaging could explain the VRAM not making contact...

For my 3090 strix, the padding supplied with the eiswolf 2 were not thick enough (only 1 mm), and the VRAM wasn't making any contact. This resulted in 90 degrees+ memory temps at high load. Repadded it with 1.5 mm, and now they are a cool 60 degrees when stressing the card...
