I dont know why the strix is already in stock but ftw3 is not. When will it be available?

I dont see an instruction in the package and I dont know any inlet/outlet for the radiator. There are 2 on 1 side and only 1 o. The other side. Does it matter inlet/outlet for which port? I dont know after install this radiator, the water in my reservoir keep going up and down after I power on...
