I moved the radiator and the bubbles still appear. I tried to remove the bubbles by moving the radiator, but after a couple of days it will come again. Corrosion also appeared on the cooling block. Is this normal?

I bought this water cooler a month ago and I don't know if it's normal for such small bubbles to appear. I tried to remove the bubbles by moving the radiator. They disappear for a while, but then the bubbles appear again. The radiator is in the bottom of the case if that matters. Thanks, Mario...
