Your thermal pads are NOT in the right location. The thermal pads on the back should not sit on the caps(!), they should be next to them. Above setup will bend the PCB in that way that the big frame-like thermal pad behind the GPU-chipset won't create the needed pressure towards the waterblock...

Just out of curiosity, is the graphics card installed in a horizontal or vertical orientation? If horizontal, do you have any sort of sag support installed ?

I noticed the same thing, if placed according to reference/stock heatsink you will get gpu hotspot issues since the pads on back of the gpu core wont have sufficient contact due to these pads are to thick to rest on these thick capacitors. These capacitors should not be needing cooling in that...

I could see this on my EK radiators at some angles as well, especially on the thicker one (45mm). If I would guess the reason behind it's probably connected to the efficiency of the radiator, more paint = less effective. But at the same time, hard to tell exactly how bad it is just looking at...

Maybe this is on purpose by you, but I think your pump is connected to the GPU block outlet port. It will affect the performance since it's not connected as designed.

Okey, thanks for answering Eddy :) . A bit odd that they are not provided pads since all the 7900XTX third party air coolers that I have looked at have pads for the coils as well, also EK's 7900XTX blocks have them.. Not an expert at all but It did lower coil buzz on my prior 3080 card though...
