I have two questions:
I bought second hand a 3090 that came with an Alphacool Eiswolf 2 AIO. The temperatures were abysmal, and the GPU shutting down because of it. I put back the original vents for the moment.
First question based on the photo, is the waterblock (and the radiator likely) recoverable? And if yes, please explain me how. I think the water was not running much and remaining stuck. I was feeling one of the two tube being hot and vibrating and the second tube absolutely still making me think something was blocking the flow. Water was also not looking much moving. See photo for state of the waterblock (green and seems dirty). I understood the procedure would require distilled water and maybe some product you sell, but please give me more advice (if I need to fully open it or just running the loop with the product for instance). I'm not super experienced with custom water cooling and would gladly take advises.
Second question is: as I will likely have to open the system to clean it thoroughly (unless you tell me it's not required), I was also thinking of maybe converting it to a custom loop and adding a second GPU. Is Alphacool Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N exactly the same waterblock that is in the Eiswolf 2 ? I'm hesitating between a 2 GPU setting and a 4 GPU setting and was wondering what I'd need in both case. I expect 3 new waterblocks, additionnal tubings and fittings and a reservoir + pump. Could you give me a full list of what's required? If that can help integrating it in the system, I also own a Eisbaier LT 240mm for CPU which is currently unused and could maybe add in the configuration for full water cooling. Thanks in advance for the help. I don't mind tinkering as long as I get proper instructions.
