Hello,
I would like to buy this water block, but my build is all white and I would like to make this block white as well.
My question is, can the top black cover be removed (marked with arrows in the photo) so that I can spray it white more easily.
Thank you for any valuable advice.

It's quite simple. There are four screws at the bottom that you need to loosen, then you can remove the black aluminum cover. These screws are independent from the rest of the cooler — they only hold the cover in place. The rest of the cooler, including the O-rings and other components, is secured by the other screws.

Just to be sure... the entrance to this block is the one closer to its center? Thank you.

Now, just to be sure, I downloaded the manual for this block and it's the other way around - the bottom hole is the inlet, the outlet closer to the center...

Oh damn, my mistake. Sorry about that, with the Core 1 it’s actually the other way around. I simply forgot that it’s reversed on the Apex. My brain must have taken a short break there! Out of habit, I was so sure that I didn’t even check the manual. The Apex is the only cooler that’s set up that way. Damn. What a ridiculously stupid mistake on my part.
