Non-rotatable fittings adjustment

Hello,
Is there a way to change the final position of a non rotatable fitting such as this one?

If I put an additional o-ring would that work to change it's final direction?
Is there an official way to make these work? Perhaps fat o-rings or some type of washer/spacer

I like these because they are very low profile, but the disadvantage is that you never know how they end up orientated in a fully tightened state.
Can you please develop a fat o-ring or something to help with this? If you have a suggestion please tell me.

You can’t use two O-rings on top of each other. Over time, it will start leaking at that spot — very slowly, but over the course of several weeks.
You basically can’t rotate the fitting. You tighten it, and at most you can adjust the orientation by about 20–30° depending on how tightly it’s screwed in. Otherwise, you’ll need a rotary fitting.
