Cancel order, no response

Dear Aphacool!

I ordered several items on 9th August with order number 30205634
My first support request sent from the website form on early October about my order, got no response.
Second support request again from the website form on 27th October, got no response.
Sent email to info@alphacool.com on 4th November, got no response.
I cancelled my order on 11th November with the website support form, got no response.
I got email on 25th November from DHL that they shipped my order with booking number 3934317844, and got the invoice from Alphacool about part of my order. I will not accept that package.
Please make a STORNO for that invoice and send back the full amount of my payment.

unfortunately, I can’t give you much information at the moment. I need to speak directly with our support team tomorrow.
Right now, all I can see is that one shipment appears to be stuck at DHL — something doesn’t look right there. I also see that your email from November 4th was marked as completed even though no reply was sent to you. I can’t tell you why that happened.

I’ve made a note of it and will follow up tomorrow. That’s all I can tell you for now — I’m sorry.
