Order status 30212818

Hi,

After trying to email support, I found this site via Trustpilot, so here goes:

On 24-12-2025 I submitted an order with id 30212818. This order was submitted at 24 Dec 2025 22:47:00, and I got the last automated reply at 24 Dec 2025 22:51:59 stating that the order was being processed. Nothing has happened since. This is expectable, because of the holiday season, and afaik thats a public holiday period in Germany. That period was followed up by lots of snow, which makes transport come to a standstill, something I can understand.

But, its 14-01-2026, approx 00:04, 20 days and 4560 seconds since submitting the order, its not snowing anymore, and I am getting a bit anxious.

Could I please have an update wrt my order?

I found this post, has this situation changed since then? Did you find other methods of making estimates?

.. The "cheap" solution would be to hire some SAP consultant btw, but I will spare you that ;P

Sounds like a pretty overwhelming situation tho, hope you ppl managed to get it under control, since it doesnt sound too healthy
