TR4 Missing 2 Screws

Hello,
I ordered
Alphacool Eisbaer Pro Aurora 420 CPU AIO
. I'm not sure where I should write this.
The Delivery is fine so I don't want to return it.
But the TR4 socket has 2 screws missing (should be 4 not 2).
My CPU is 3990x threadrippers, so even though the item is in perfect condition I cant use it as i cant mount it on my socket.
I would rather not return the item, but I need those 2 screws

I also would like additional:

Alphacool Eisbaer Schraubenkit M3 x 5/M3 x 30mm​

Maybe we can add it to delivery of missing screws ?

How long it usually takes for support to reply ?
Its been 3 days, and i didnt even got an reply that they saw my request.

Normally it takes a maximum of a few days; however, they are currently very short-staffed due to illness, which is why it may take a few additional days. If no one has gotten in touch by the end of this week, please let me know again.
