The two on the one side are IN and OUT. Doesnt matter wich one of the you are using for IN or OUT. The other opening is only for using as a fill or drayning port. You cant use it as IN or OUT.

On wich header dod you connect the pump? BEcause you can read out the rpm of the pump to check if its working.
